Kim Wesler

Hi, I'm Kim Wesler,

Let me tell you a little about myself.

I'm a mother of three boys, avid hiker and personal trainer. I have a masters in education from Southern Connecticut and a bachelors in human development from Wheelock College.

​

After having three children, I ate poorly, gained a lot of weight and I felt discouraged that I would never have the body I wanted. After finding group fitness and then a nutrition mentor, I began to transform my body and mind.

 

I then started to participate in just about every event possible: Ragnar, Tough Mudder, Spartan Race, Rugged Maniac, team racing to name a few. Given my aptitude to try new things I have also trained in just about every gym format available:

  • CrossFit

  • Circuit training

  • Boxing

  • Power lifting

  • Body building

  • Boot camps

  • Aqua aerobics

  • Class instruction - Les Miles

  • Spin

All of my experience has made me realize that you have to find what workout format you enjoy in order to succeed.

 

Additionally, nutrition has always been a component people forget to embrace to ensure you have enough fuel to push through workouts or shed body fat. If you are up for a challenge or just want to get in shape for your next adventure, hiking trip, mud run, give us a call.
